AGGIE RELATIONS
The purpose of this committee is to promote relationships with other FLOs, and to promote FLiP's reputation in a positive way around the Texas A&M campus. Freshmen in this committee are responsible for planning our annual all FLO event. They will also be an integral part in plannning events with other FLOs throughout the year which will enable them to create even more friendships. AR is also responsible for FLiP’s role in Shack-A-Thon, an Habitat for Humanity event that our Aggie Habitat puts on each spring.

COMMITTEE OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS
The Committee of Internal Affairs has a wide range of opportunities to form and maintain the bonds between members. To accomplish this goal this committee designs FLiP apparel and merchandise, plans and facilitates crew events, the annual FLiP holiday party, and Parents' Weekend.
COMMITTEE OF FUNDRAISING AND OUTREACH
CoFo
The Committee on Fundraising and Outreach’s objective is to hold fundraising events to allow funds for the organization. This committee hosts CoFo Kickoff, a fall football watch party with the freshmans' families. This is when parents get a little taste of FLiP. In the spring CoFo hosts BroBowl, a boy's flag football tournament. They also put on several profit shares throughout the year.

LEADING AMERICA'S FUTURE
The purpose of the LAF committee is for freshmen to plan and organize the Leading America's Future Conference. The conference is put on to instill leadership values and principles for underprivileged children at Neal Elementary School in Bryan. Through activities such as fundraising, programming, and weekly recess visits to the school, this committee provides the freshmen of the LAF committee a valuable experience in organized and professional leadership.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
This committee works to provide a solid foundation of leadership skills for FLiP freshmen by allowing them to plan, facilitate, and participate in general meetings and other leadership development activities, within a supportive and comfortable atmosphere. Members of this committee have the opportunity to plan and lead activity-based meetings as well as contacting leaders on campus to be speakers for meetings.

OLD ARMY FLIP RELATIONS
The committee chairs pair each freshman with a big sibling to mentor them through their first year at Texas A&M. This committee creates and maintains the Big Sib/Lil Sib relationship through planning and overseeing interactive events. This committee will encourage Big Sibs to interact one-on-one with the freshmen outside of planned events. Finally, this committee plans and executes a reunion to bring together on campus OAF (Old Army FLiP) and the current FLiP class. This committee will also maintain relationships with OAF through the 12th Man Foundation, a newsletter, and by maintaining the FLiP website.

serVICE
The Service Committee is dedicated to bringing FLiP together in ways that give back to the community. This committee continually searches the Bryan/College Station area for service projects. Vice plans the yearly service retreat to help our community and is also responsible for coordinating FLiP’s presence with the Big Event.
